Our Position
MilfFever is an index site. We don’t host any video files ourselves, so we can’t remove videos from the internet. What we do is remove the listing and the embedded video from our site. If you own rights to content, you should also contact the site hosting the video.
How to Send a Takedown Notice (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3))
To report a copyright issue, please include all of the following in your notice:
- The URL(s) of the listing(s) on milffever.com
- A description of the copyrighted work you own
- Your name, address, and e-mail address
- A statement made in good faith that the use is unauthorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act
- Your signature (a typed name is acceptable)

Processing Notices, Counter-Notices, and Repeat Infringers
We review valid takedown notices within a few business days. If you disagree with a removal, you can submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) through the same contact form. If a source repeatedly causes valid takedown notices, we will remove it completely from our index.
